Played the last full week of July at a site chosen by the Baseball Committee (Usually based on bids by Delaware Legion Posts.
Has been played on College Fields at Wilmington University, Delaware State University, and Wesley College in Dover; High School Fields in Caravel Academy, Seaford, William Penn HS, & in Wilmington; and at Sports at the Beach.
Games are now 7 Innings with a "10 run after 5" rule.
Since 2010 - The tournament is played under strict American League rules - no Re-entry, Designated Hitter only for the Pitcher, and no "courtesy runners."
Winner advances to the Legion Baseball Mid Atlantic Regional Tournament.
